CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking antidepressant medications, blood thinners, digoxin, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), birth control medication, or if you have diabetes, iron deficiency, or a liver disorder. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, do not use in cases of yin deficiency with heat signs, heat excess, or in the absence of significant qi deficiency. Do not use if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder.
KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS: Some people may experience irritability, insomnia, anxiety, or headaches, in which case, discontinue use. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).

DOSAGE (Adults 18 years and older): Ready to drink. Take 1 dose (sachet of 30 mL) 1 time per day. Open the sachet at the top and consume the gel directly in the mouth. Avoid taking before bedtime. Take with food. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
