300 mg of absorbable magnesium
With GABA + L-Theanine + L-Glycine

Non-medicinal ingredients: xylitol, citric acid, natural flavour, stevia leaf extract.

Directions (adults only): Mix 1 rounded scoop (6 g) daily in 125 mL of hot water, then add another 125 mL of cold water.
Store at room temperature.
