Non medicinal ingredients: gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant)



This product has tamper evident foil and plastic. Do not use if punctured.

Keep out of reach of children.

Caution: Consult a physician if symptoms persist or unusual symptoms develop, or if diarrhea persists for more than 2 days or in the presence of fever.

Recommended dosage (adults): 1-2 capsules daily, immediately before consuming dairy products or any food containing lactose. For high lactose in the food or for severe lactose intolerance, you may need 2 capsules at a time, but no more than 2. Lactase enzyme must be taken each time you eat a lactose containing food. It only works on the food just eaten. Lactase enzyme does not stay in the body, and must be taken at each meal or with snacks containing dairy products.
For product freshness protect from heat and humidity.
Do not refrigerate.
