Before applying brace or support, a proper injury assessment should be completed by a physician or qualified health care professional. Never wear a compression support over an open wound or while sleeping. Avoid wearing any items such as jewellery or a watch under any support. Do not wear this product if you have dermatitis or allergic reactions to neoprene or latex products. If your condition should worsen or persist without improvement, discontinue use and contact your physican. Cold/hot compress therapy should not be used by individuals with known or suspected circulation problems. Never apply hot/cold pack directly to the skin. Not recommended for use by those with Raynaud's Disease, vascular disease, malignancy, impaired sensation, cold hypersensitivity or poor blood circulation.

To apply, heat or cool gel pack as per instructions on package. Remove foam pad from pocket in the support and insert gel pack.

Fitting Instructions:
Center pad in low back and tighten comfortably. Adjust side straps to increase support in low back. Ensure proper fit as to not restrict breathing.

Washing/Warranty:
Hand wash with mild detergent and air dry. Do not use washing machine or dryer. 100% Warranty on all manufacturer defects.
