CAUTION
Before applying brace or support, a proper injury assessment should be completed by a physician or qualified health care professional. Never wear a compression support over an open wound or while sleeping. Avoid wearing any items such as jewellery under any support. Fitting Instructions:
Before applying loosen the Velcro at the bottom of the brace and open the elastic laces. Position the brace so the elastic laces are at the front. Slide the foot into the support through the pocket so the elastic band is resting on the shin. Adjust the Velcro tabs on the bottom under the foot so the brace is fit snug against the ankle. Tighten the two elastic laces by pulling across the front of the shin and attach to the base. Apply with proper tension to ensure circulation is not restricted.

Washing/Warranty:
Hand wash with mild detergent and air dry. Do not use washing machine or dryer. 100% warranty on all manufacturer defects.
