1 Place support around the lower back.
2 Wrap support around body and secure base strap fastener.
3 Pull elastic straps forward and secure to base strap. Adjust until fit is firm, yet comfortable.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS :
Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent.
Air dry.
