IMPORTANT: You may experience mild redness, a warm, tingling sensation or flaking (skin exfoliation). These are normal, temporary indications that the product is working. If effects persist/cause discomfort, reduce the frequency of use until your skin adjusts, then revert to daily use as tolerated. In case of irritation, discontinue use. Use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product.

CAUTION : FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
DO NOT INGEST. If swallowed, call a poison control centre right away. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water. Keep out of reach of children. Protect capsules and container from water and humidity. Do not store above 40°C.

Directions
Gently twist and pull to open the capsule. Smooth serum over face after cleansing and before moisturizer at night.
For retinol beginners, gradually phase into your skincare routine, working up to nightly as tolerated.
In the daytime, always protect skin with a broad spectrum SPF 30 sunscreen or higher.
