Sizing guide
For best fit, measure around leg or arm 2 in (5 cm) above knee cap or elbow
Measurement 9 - 13 in, 23 - 33 cm; ice sleeve size - small/medium - fits most elbows
Measurement 14 - 20 in, 35 - 51 cm; ice sleeve size - large/x-large - fits most knees
Measurement 21 - 27 in, 53 - 69 cm; ice sleeve size - 2x-large/3x-large - fits larger knees

Circumference is measured two inches above knee or elbow. Use on muscles and joints for up to 20 minutes. If the Ice Sleeve is damaged or worn out, discontinue use. Latex Free.

How to use
Freeze for 2 hours
Use on knee or elbow for up to 20 minutes of cold compression
Re-freeze and re-use as necessary
