Medicinal ingredients 360 mg alginic acid (derived from brown seaweed), 72 mg magnesium carbonate/tablet.

Non-medicinal ingredients: (alpha) calcium stearate, flavour, sodium bicarbonate, sucrose.

Aluminium Free

CAUTION Consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks or recur. Except under your doctor's advice, if pregnant or on a low salt diet do not exceed 3 tablets per day, do not take if you suffer from kidney disease or within 2 hours of another medicine because the effectiveness may be altered. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Avoid excessive humidity. Store between 15℃ - 25℃.

DIRECTIONS Adults and children ages 12 and over: Chew 2-4 tablets up to 11 tablets daily. Use when symptoms occur or take as directed by a doctor. Do not swallow whole.
