Measurement
To determine proper size, use your shoe size as reference.
10 - 11 women, 8 - 10 men 9325 M
12 - 13 women, 11 - 12 men 9326 L

Adjustment: put on the brace and pull laces from bottom eyelets until the brace fits tightly but comfortable. There should be no gap or bulge in the heel cut-out. Wear socks to absorb sweat. Allow a break-in period of 6 to 8 hours before the brace conforms to the shape of your ankle. If you wear two braces, mark each support left or right to ensure optimal adjustment.

Cleaning: wash by hand with mild soap and air dry.
