Measurement
To determine proper size, stand and slightly bend your leg. Measure the circumference around the largest part of the knee, directly over the patella.

Adjustment: pull up the knee support and adjust until lateral stabilizers stay on both sides of patella. Make sure the opening on the knee brace is around the patella. Adjust for comfort.

Cleaning: wash by hand with mild soap and air dry.
