CAUTION: Do not use on broken of irritated skin. If product causes discomfort, remove mask immediately and rinse face. If irritation occurs, stop use and consult a physician.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unfold mask and place on clean face.
2. Place on clean skin and smooth over surface.
3. Leave in place for 5 minutes.
4. Remove mask and massage excess formula into skin. No rinsing is required.
