CAUTION: ALL USES EXCEPT JET LAG: Consult your physician if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). ALL USES: Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. Recommended dosage (adults): chew 1 gummy daily, at or before bedtime, or as directed by a physician. Jet lag: chew 1 gummy daily at bedtime, while travelling and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern, or as directed by a physician. All uses: do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a physician for use beyond 4 weeks.
