DIRECTIONS: Adults: Take 1 softgel capsule, 3 times per day with a meal containing oil/fat, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Use for a minimum of one month to see beneficial effects for dry eyes.
