Thera Tears Lubricant Eye Drops Value Size 30 ml

Active ingredients (w/w): carboxymethylcellulose sodium 0.25% (purpose: lubricant eye drops)

Inactive ingredients
Borate buffers, calcium chloride, Dequest® (phosphonic acid), magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, purified water, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride, sodium phosphate.
The preservation system consists of sodium perborate stabilized with phosphoric acid generating up to 0.006% hydrogen peroxide.

- if solution changes colour or becomes cloudy

WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT
- do not touch tip of opened container to any surface in order to avoid contamination
- Always replace cap after using

STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR IF
- you have headache, eye pain, changes in vision, redness or irritation of the eye
- eyelid inflammation
- symptoms worsen or last longer than 3 days

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. If swallowed, call a poison control centre or get medical help right away.

Directions
- Use only if cap seal is intact at time of purchase.
- Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s): repeat as needed.
- Discard 28 days after opening.
