Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop skin lesions, unusual skin pigmentation, irritation of gastrointestinal tract, or changes in cardiac rhythm. Do not use if you have a cardiovascular disorder.

SECURITY: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep bottle tightly closed. Do not use this product if seal is broken or missing.

RECOMMENDED DOSE (ADULTS): Take 3 capsules once daily with water on an empty stomach (1 hour before or after a meal). Drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water per day. Take medications 4 hours before or after taking Joint Formula 14. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
