Medicinal ingredients (w/w): methyl salicylate 12.5%, camphor 3.0%, menthol 1.25%, eucalyptus essential oil 0.5%. Non-medicinal ingredients: (alphabetical order) carbomer, isobornyl acetate, oxacyclohexadecan-2-one, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 20, propylene glycol, purified water, triethanolamine.



CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS:
CONSULT A HEALTHCARE PRACTITIONER IF:
- You have asthma or other chronic respiratory complaints.
- Symptoms persist or worsen.
- There is no improvement after you have tried to clear the nose.
- The discharge is persistently thick and yellow or green.
- The skin at the base of the nose becomes raw or crusted.

Do not share bottle. Do not swallow.

Instructions for use:
Blow nose. Bend head forward and tilt to right. Insert tip of nozzle in left nostril (not more than ¼ inch). Press down. Turn head to the left and follow same procedure in right nostril. Blow nose. Rinse nozzle with hot water before and after use, wipe with tissue.

Recommended dose:
Adults:
1-2 spray(s), 1-3 time(s) daily.
Storage conditions:
Store between 15 and 30°C.
