Medicinal ingredients: arnica montana extract 25% (arnica montana flower), methyl salicylate 23%. Non-medicinal ingredients: (alphabetical order) acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, butylated hydroxytoluene, cetyl alcohol, calcium disodium EDTA, dimethicone copolyol phosphate, glyceryl stearate, iron oxide brown, fragrance, PEG-75 stearate, polyethylene glycol 400, potassium sorbate, propylene glycol, purified water, titanium dioxide, triethanolamine, vanillyl butyl ether, zingiber officinale (ginger) root extract.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Aesteracea/Compositae/Daisy family.

WARNINGS: For external use only. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin and avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not bandage after application and avoid external sources of heat, such as heating pads, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Centre immediately. If symptoms persist and/or worsen after 7 days or re-occur within a few days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you are taking anticoagulant medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Rashes and/or burning discomfort have been known to occur; in which case discontinue use. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.

Directions: adults and children over 2 years: apply thinly and evenly to affected area up to 3 to 4 times per day. Massage into skin until the cream disappears. For children 2-12 years, the application should be supervised by an adult. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.
