WARNINGS DO NOT USE
- with other cough and cold drugs
- with a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), drugs for depression or for 2 weeks after stopping these drugs
- if child is allergic to any of the ingredients.
ASK A DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST BEFORE USE IF YOU have a child with
- heart or thyroid disease
- high blood pressure
- diabetes
- difficulty breathing
- chronic lung disease (i.e. chronic bronchitis, asthma, or emphysema)
- glaucoma
- difficulty urinating
- taking any other drugs, natural health products, sedatives, tranquilizers or sympathomimetics.
WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT
- drowsiness or excitability may occur
- do not use when child is engaged in activities requiring mental alertness.
STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR IF
- symptoms worsen/last more than 7 days
- child has a high fever (>38°C) or a cough with thick yellow/green phlegm
- allergic reactions (e.g. wheezing/rash/itching), breathing difficulties, convulsions, drowsiness, hallucinations, rapid heart rate, nervousness, dizziness or insomnia develop.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or doctor right away even if the user does not notice any signs and symptoms.
Directions
- Children 6 to under 12 years: give 1 tsp. (5 ml) every 4 to 6 hours
- Do not exceed single dose and maximum 6 doses (30 ml) in 24 hours. Overdose may result in serious harm
- Children under 6 years: do not use
- Use only measuring device provided.
Other information
Store at room temperature (15°C - 30°C). This package has a child resistant cap. Do not use if security band is separated or missing. Caloric content: 7.7 kcal/5 ml.
