Tastes best when frozen, also tastes great in liquid form.
Non-medicinal ingredients: soybean oil, gelatin, purified water, soy lecithin, glycerin, beeswax, silicon dioxide, sodium copper chlorophyllin and titanium dioxide.
RISK INFORMATION: If there is fever, or if diarrhea and/or vomiting continue beyond 24 hours, consult a physician. Children, adolescents and adults who must limit their fluids and electrolytes intake should consult a physician before using Pedialyte®.
NOTES: Pedialyte® Freezer Pops may temporarily colour the mouth. Colour of Pedialyte® Freezer Pops may change when frozen.
Directions: remove Freezer Pops from carton and freeze before separating. If using in liquid form, separate carefully to prevent leaking.
Recommended administration
Eat frozen
With clean scissors, cut off top of sleeve. Push up Freezer Pop from bottom of sleeve.
Drink
With clean scissors, cut off top of sleeve. Pour liquid into a glass.
Make a slush
Mix equal quantities of liquid and frozen Freezer Pops in a blender.
Recommended dose
Children < 2 years
Consult a physician before using Pedialyte®.
Children 2 - 11 years
- 50 to 100 ml (1-2 Freezer Pops) per kg of body weight per day.
- Offer as frequently as desired.
- 16-32 Freezer Pops may be needed per day.
- Continue as long as diarrhea or vomiting is present.
Adolescents > 12 years & adults
- Offer as frequently as desired.
- 16-32 Freezer Pops may be needed per day.
- Continue as long as diarrhea or vomiting is present.
Storage: store in freezer or at room temperature. Discard unused portion.
