Recommended dose - (oral):
Children 1 - 3 years: take 1 tsp 1 time per day.
Children 4 - 8 years: take 1 tsp 2 - 3 times per day.
Adolescents 9 - 13 years: take 1 tsp 2 - 3 times per day.
Adolescents 14 - 18 years: take 2 tsp 2 times per day.
Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
