Recommended dose - (oral) adults (19 years and older) only: add 1 sachet (6 g) to 500 ml of water. Shake or stir well for 5 seconds. Take 1 serving per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Duration of use: hepatoprotectant / liver protectant agent; liver function: use for at least 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.
