Calcium from natural source

Medicinal ingredients: calcium carbonate 1250 mg (from oyster shell) providing 500 mg of elemental calcium per tablet.

Non-medicinal ingredients: acacia gum, croscarmellose sodium, FD&C blue no. 1 lake, hypromellose, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, mineral oil, riboflavin, sodium lauryl sulfate, soy polysaccharide, stearic acid, talc, titanium dioxide and triacetin.
Contains no lactose, or gluten
Contains no preservatives, artificial flavor, yeast

CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS: Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Store between (15 - 30℃).
BOTTLE IS SEALED FOR YOUR PROTECTION.DO NOT USE IF SEAL IS BROKEN.

Dosage: children, adolescents and adults: one tablet, three times a day, or as recommended by a physician.
