Recommended Use:
Moisturizes and hydrates to help relieve symptoms of dry nasal passages.
Medicinal ingredients: drosera rotundifolia 1CH (sun-dew) (purpose: dry cough), arnica montana 3CH (leopard's bane) (purpose: muscle pain and congestion), bryonia alba 3CH (white bryony) (purpose: coughing fits, flu-like symptoms), ipecacuanha 3CH (ipecac) (purpose: dry cough), cetraria islandica 1CH (Iceland moss) (purpose: dry cough), belladonna 3CH (deadly nightshade) (purpose: flu-like symptoms, fever, body aches), coccus cacti 3CH (cochineal) (purpose: cough with expectoration), corallium rubrum 3CH (red coral) (purpose: painful cough), stannum metallicum 3CH (tin) (purpose: mucus, cough and fever). Non-medicinal ingredients: purified water, sorbitol, caramel, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid.

Recommended dose:
ADULTS AND CHILDREN 6 YEARS AND UP: apply small amount of gel into each nostril 4 to 6 times a day.
Directions for use:
Apply a small amount of gel into each nostril using a cotton swab applicator or a rubber-gloved finger.
