CAUTION:
- Use within 5 years from date of manufacture.
- Store away from heat and light.
- To be used on spontaneously breathing patients.
- In the presence of oxygen avoid open flames and the presence of oil or grease. An explosion or fire could result.
- Not suitable for sterilization.

Instructions for use:
1. Connect the oxygen tube onto nebulizer chamber and aerosol mask, then to a source of oxygen.
2. Be sure all connections are secure.
3. Tighten elastic around head and over ears
4. If there is concern of mask failure, replace mask immediately.
