Medicinal ingredients: capsaicin, 0.075%; trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek), 0.05%

Non-medicinal ingredients: angelica archangelica root extract aqua/water, camellia sinensis leaf extract, cera alba/beeswax, cetearyl olivate, cetyl palmitate, chlorphenesin, citrus aurantifolia (lime) oil, dromiceius oil/emu oil, ethoxydiglycol, glycerin, helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, isopropyl palmitate, lecithin, leptospermum scoparium branch/ leaf oil, peucedanum ostruthium leaf extract, polyacrylate-13, polyisobutene, polysorbate 20, ribes nigrum (black currant) seed oil, rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf extract, rubus idaeus (raspberry) seed oil, rutin, sambucus nigra flower extract, sodium phytate, sorbitan olivate, sorbitan palmitate, xanthan gum.

CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS: Avoid applying to injured or broken skin. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS: Transient skin irritation, burning, stinging or redness are part of the normal, expected actions and usually diminish after repeated application. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use.

Directions for use (Adult):
Apply a small amount to affected area 4 times daily.
For maximum benefits use daily as directed for a minimum of 3 - 4 days.
