CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS: Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Centre. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not tightly bandage. Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. Avoid direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight during use. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if pregnant or breastfeeding.

KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS: Transient skin irritation, burning stinging or redness are part of the normal, expected actions and usually diminish after repeated application. Hypersensitivity (eg. allergies) and headache have been known to occur; in which case discontinue use.

Directions for use (adult): apply small amount to affected area 3-4 times daily. For maximum benefits use daily as directed for a minimum of 1 - 4 weeks.
Gently massage into skin until absorbed.
