Using the correct size cuff is important for an accurate reading. Select the proper cuff size from the chart at right. Measurements are based on the circumference at the midpoint of your upper arm.

Recommended Cuff Size
Small - Arm Size 6.3"-9.4" (16-24 cm)
Medium - Arm Size 9.4"-14.2" (24-36 cm)
Large - Arm Size 14.2"-17.7" (36-45 cm)
