Efficacy. Vitamin C eyes combines 5% pure vitamin C with neurosensine and fragmented hyaluronic acid. It hydrates to help improve the look of skin firmness and creates a more visibly radiant eye area. Its soft, fresh texture leaves a non-greasy finish.

Pure vitamin C can react on contact with the air, causing it to turn yellow. But it is still effective.
