Each tablet contains: 100 mg of elemental magnesium (as 167 mg of magnesium oxide). Non-medicinal ingredients (alphabetical): croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, opadry ll white, silicon dioxide, stearic acid.



SAFETY SEAL UNDER THE CAP.
KNOWN ADVERSE REACTION: Some people may experience diarrhea.
KEEP OUT OF REACH AND SIGHT OF CHILDREN.

Dosage: adults: 1 tablet 1- 5 times per day. Adolescents 9-18 years: 1 tablet 1- 3 times per day. Children 6-8 years: 1 tablet 1 time per day.
Store: 15-30℃.
