Healthier hair, skin and nails start from the inside! Jamieson Hair, Skin & Nails provides 5,000 mcg of Biotin in every delicious fast-dissolving tablet. Biotin is an important B vitamin that helps the body metabolize nutrients and promotes thicker hair, healthier skin and stronger nails.
