- seal is broken
- you are allergic to any ingredients in this product
- the solution changes colour or becomes cloudy

Directions
Usual Adult Dose: Apply 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed to relieve discomfort. May be used while wearing contact lenses.
Store at room temperature.
