CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Directions (adults): take 1 packet daily. Place contents of packet in glass, add 120-180 ml (4-6 oz) of water and stir. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects (for cold prevention/reduction). Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.
Store at room temperature. Protect from moisture. Carton contains individual packets. Do not use if packet seal is torn or broken.
