Non-medicinal ingredients: flaxseed oil, gelatin, purified water, glycerin, beeswax, lecithin, titanium dioxide, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, turmeric and sodium copper chlorophyllin.
CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS: Do not use if safety seal is broken. Check with your health care practitioner before using this product if you are using medication or have any medical conditions. For relaxation & cognitive function: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking medications for diabetes, high blood pressure or seizures. If you are taking any medications or natural health products, consult a health care practitioner prior to use, as black pepper/piperine may alter their effectiveness. Do not use if you may become pregnant, are pregnant or nursing. Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills. If you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder, do not use this product. If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Not intended for use by persons under 18. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Store in a cool, dry place.
RECOMMENDED DURATION OF USE: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
Directions: (adults) take two (2) liquid soft-gels twice a day with meals and a full glass of water (240 ml). Not to be taken immediately before bedtime.
