Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use after the expiry date which is stated on the carton. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.

Recommended use
For adults : One capsule per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by your physician. Consult your healthcare professional before use.
Storage: Store at room temperature (15 - 25℃).
