Each Softgel Contains:
Vitamin C 500 mg (Ascorbic Acid)
Vitamin D3 25 mcg (1000 IU) (Cholecalciferol)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Corn Oil, Gelatin, Glycerin, Natural Caramel Colour, Purified Water, Rose Hips, Soybean Oil, Soy Lecithin, Yellow Beeswax.

Adults, take 1 softgel daily, preferably with a meal.
