WARNINGS
- Do not take when operating machinery, driving a vehicle, or consuming alcohol.

- Consult a health care practitioner before using this product if you have a depressive disorder, an autoimmune or other medical condition, or are taking medication.
- you are taking medications for seizure, blood pressure, to supress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications), to affect mental state or increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners.

Directions

Adults:
- Chew one tablet or let it dissolve in your mouth before bed or anytime during the night. No water necessary. Take another tablet if desired to a maximum of 3 tablets per day.
