WARNINGS

- have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, epilepsy, migraine, depression, hypertension
- are taking blood pressure or sedative / hypnotic medications
- are taking carbidopa or drugs / supplements with serotogenic activity. These may include, L-Tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John's wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication, and anti-migraine medication. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. CONSULT A HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER: if symptoms persist or worsen. DISCONTINUE USE AND CONSULT A HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
DO NOT USE IF you
- are taking immunosuppressive drugs
- are pregnant or breast-feeding
- have scleroderma or an allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in this product.
ADVERSE REACTIONS Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.

Directions Adults: 74mLs once a day. Take 30 minutes before going to bed.
