Active ingredient (w/w) lidocaine 5% (purpose: topical anaesthetic, analgesic, antipruritic). Inactive ingredients benzyl alcohol, carbomer homopolymer, lecithin, dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, polypropylene glycol, purified water
WARNINGS
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
DO NOT USE - large amounts or over large areas
- on raw surfaces or blistered skin
- for teething pain
- under a bandage
WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse with water.
STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR IF
- you experience - weakness - confusion - headache - difficulty breathing - pale, grey or blue coloured skin as these may be signs of methemoglobinemia, a rare disorder, which may appear up to 2 hours after use
- condition worsens
- symptoms persist for more than 7 days or reoccur within a few days.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. If swallowed, call a poison control centre or get medical help right away.
Directions
Adults and children 2 years and over: - apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily
- do not apply under a bandage
- for use in children 2 to 12 years, application should be supervised by an adult
- do not use more than directed
