Medicinal ingredient: arnica montana extract 25% (arnica montana flower). Non-medicinal ingredients: (alphabetical order) acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, butylated hydroxytoluene, caprylic/capric triglyceride, cyclomethicone, edetate calcium disodium, isopropyl alcohol, menthyl lactate, PEG-400, perfume, polysorbate 20, potassium sorbate, propylene glycol, triethanolamine, water.

Petrolatum and paraben free

WARNING: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not bandage. Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Store between 15°C and 25°C. SAFETY SEALED FOR YOUR PROTECTION, DO NOT USE IF BROKEN OR MISSING.

Directions: adults and children over 2 years: apply thinly and evenly to affected area up to 3 to 4 times per day. Massage into skin until the preparation disappears. For children 2-12 years, application should be supervised by an adult. Results are better when administered early.
