Medicinal ingredients (% w/w/): camphor 11, mentha haplocalyx briq (menthol) (leaves and stems) 10, melaleuca cajuputi (oil of cajeput) (leaves) 7, mentha haplocalyx briq (dementholised mint oil) (leaves and stems) 6, cinnamomum cassia (oil of cinnamon) (bark) 5, eugenia caryophyllus (clove oil) (flowers) 5, Non-medicinal ingredients: hard paraffin, yellow soft paraffin
CAUTION: For external use only. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin and avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not bandage after application and avoid external sources of heat, such as heating pads, as this may result in excessive irritation or skin burn. Not to be taken orally. If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Centre immediately. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Rashes and/or burning discomfort and hypersensitivity such as allergy have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away.

Directions: adults and children over 2 years: apply thinly and evenly to cover the affected area and gently massage until completely absorbed, up to 3 to 4 times daily. For children (2 to 12 years old), application should be supervised by an adult. If condition persists for more than 7 days, worsens or recurs, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.
