Active ingredient: menthol 5% w/w. Inactive ingredients: acrylates/ethylhexyl acrylate crosspolymer, aloe vera, carmellose sodium, diethyl sebacate, dihydroxyaluminum aminoacetate, disodium edetate, glycerin, polyacrylic acid, polysorbate 80, polyvinyl alcohol, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium polyacrylate, sodium polyacrylate starch, sorbitan sesquioleate, sorbitol solution, talc, tartaric acid, vitamin E.
CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS: Keep out of the reach of children. Call a poison control center immediately if overdose or accidental ingestion occurs. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or re-occur within a few days. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy, rashes and/or burning discomfort occur. Stop use and get medical help right away if you experience pain, swelling or blistering.
Directions: for external use only. Remove outer film and stretch to apply adhesive patch to site of pain, not more than 3 to 4 times daily. If desired, cut patch to size. Discard patch after each use. Non-flushable. Do not leave on skin for more than 8 hours. For use beyond 7 days, consult a health care practitioner. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not bandage or apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. For children (2-12 years) application should be supervised by an adult.
Store at room temperature.
