Non-medicinal ingredients (alphabetical order): acacia gum, acesulfame potassium, beet root extract, citric acid, malic acid, maltodextrin, natural flavours (mixed berry, wildberry), natural colours (pink, red), silicon dioxide, sucralose.
For occasional use only. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or overactive bladder syndrome (detrusor instability). Avoid taking with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra, ephedrine). This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Do not use this product with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt-substitutes. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.

Dosage: Adults: Take 1 stick daily. Mix with 500mL of water. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
