FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Diabetics: Consult a physician before using. Stop using the file if it develops cracks. Only use on the feet.

DIRECTIONS: Use on wet or dry feet. Soak cracked feet in warm water for 10-20 minutes before filing.
1 Glide the file back and forth over feet and heels to remove dry, cracked skin.
2 Rinse your feet.
3 Apply a moisturizer like Dr. Scholl's Dry, Cracked Foot Repair Ultra-Hydrating Cream to lock in moisture.
4 Rinse the foot file & hang it to dry.
