Soft padding protects feet from painful shoe friction

Can be cut to any size

Soft cotton flannel padding protects any part of the foot from painful shoe friction
Self-stick adhesive holds padding in place
Won't "catch" on hosiery

WARNING: If you have diabetes or poor blood circulation, consult your podiatrist or doctor before use.

Directions: bathe feet and dry thoroughly. Cut Moleskin™ Padding to desired size and shape with scissors, then remove backing and apply to affected area. Do not place directly over blister or skin lesions. For blisters or skin lesions - cut a piece to fit surrounding area.
