Directions:
1. Ensure the skin is clean, dry and free of creams and oils.
2. Remove backing film marked 'step 1' and place centre (adhesive side down) over callus with the narrow side pointing towards your toes.
3. Remove backing film marked 'step 2', remove blue tab and firmly smooth down adhesive edge to skin.
4. Replace when cushion begins to loosen.
