Non-medicinal ingredients: calcium carbonate, croscarmellose sodium, ethyl vanillin, lactose, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, acacia gum, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, quinoline yellow WS, brilliant blue FCF sodium salt, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, indigo carmine.
RISK INFORMATION: For occasional use only. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome). For a dose of three or more pills per day, consult a health care practitioner if you are of childbearing age, pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with natural health products, ephedra, or other drugs which increase blood pressure is not recommended. The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as one to two cups of coffee. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products is not recommended. At doses ˃ 600 mg per day, caffeine may cause anxiety, tachycardia (rapid heart rate), palpitations, insomnia, restlessness, nervousness, tremor and headache. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking lithium or any other medication, under a doctor's care, or if the condition persists for more than ten days. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur.

**CONTENTS SEALED: Each light green coloured, round pill bearing the identifying mark "ALVA" is sealed in a clear plastic blister with a foil backing. Do not use if seal appears broken or if product contents do not match product description.

PROTECT CONTENTS FROM EXCESSIVE HEAT AND MOISTURE.
Recommended dose (adults): one pill (100 mg) or two pills (200 mg) every 3 to 4 hours while symptoms persist. Not to exceed 8 pills in any 24 hour period.
