Using the correct size cuff is important for an accurate reading. Measurements are based on the circumference at the midpoint of your upper arm.

Recommended cuff size
Small - arm size 6.3"-9.4" (16-24 cm)
Medium - arm size 9.4"-14.2" (24-36 cm)
Large - arm size 14.2"-17.7" (36-45 cm)
