CAUTIONS: Do not take if you have kidney stones or arthritis or gastro-intestinal disorders including intestinal obstruction or appendicitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, irritable bowl syndrome, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, if you take oral medication and/or if symptoms persist or worsen.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children.

Use within 2 weeks after opening
Dose (adults): Take 10 to 20 ml (2-4 tsp) twice daily or as suggested by health care practitioner. Take 2 to 3 hours after or within 1 hours before meals. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
