Cortate Hydrocortisone Cream USP (0.5%) 15 g

Each g of cream contains: 5 mg (0.5%) hydrocortisone USP.

Non-medicinal ingredients (alphabetical order): ceteth-20, cetostearyl alcohol, chlorocresol, mineral oil, petrolatum, phosphoric acid, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium hydroxide and sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate.

Tube sealed for your protection.

DOSAGE: Apply to the affected area not more than 3 or 4 times daily. Use for a maximum of 7 days.
Store between 15° and 30°C.
